No, attendance is completely free — but seats are limited and require a reservation.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Many attendees come with a spouse, partner or co-investor. Just make sure to register them as well.

How long does the event last?

The presentation takes around 1–1.5 hours, including a Dubai welcome, market insights, and the developer showcase. One-on-one consultations typically take 30–45 minutes per person.

How do you select which developers to present?

For each event, we carefully select reputable developers whose available properties and upcoming launches match the preferences of registered attendees.

What’s the minimum investment required to buy property in Dubai?

Most properties start from around $250,000. However, you don’t need to pay the full amount upfront — just 20–24% as a down payment. The rest is usually offered via developer-backed interest-free payment plans over several years. You can also resell after paying around 40–50% of the price, meaning your actual capital exposure may start as low as $100,000.

Will I own the property fully, or are there restrictions for foreigners?

All properties we showcase are freehold — meaning you own 100% of the unit with no restrictions, even as a foreigner. No special permissions are required.

Will you help after the event too?

Yes. Our team and trusted local partners will guide you through every step — from choosing a unit to completing the transaction, securing a visa, renting it out or even selling it later.

Will the event be in English?

Yes, the main sessions are in English. We also provide multilingual support for private consultations.
